PROJECT SCOPE
This client had an immediate need for space in an existing 1970’s shopping center, and asked us to provide a more contemporary façade in accordance with Direct Buy’s design parameters. We were able to meet their budget by providing an efficient use of materials, and in turn were able to provide an outdoor courtyard that was not in the original scope of work.
