PROJECT SCOPE
The project consisted of an 1,800 square foot contemporary gallery addition surrounding an existing 1,500 square foot early 1900’s concrete building which was maintained intact. The existing structure walls remained exposed to view on the interior of the new structure. The building is a highly-insulated wood frame structure with a snow-white exterior stucco finish. The project included new restrooms, new mechanical and electrical systems throughout, and minor remodeling of the existing gallery.
