PROJECT SCOPE
The owner requested a new 20,000 square foot, two-story facility to house Social Security Administration and ODAR, and additional flexible space on the second floor. As a result, the building provides space for three to six tenants on the second floor, with Social Security Administration occupying the main floor. All tenants share a common core with two sets of stairs, oversized passenger elevator, machine room, restrooms on both levels, janitors room, and mechanical/electrical rooms. The exterior design allows for flexible office spaces by allowing ample natural light to flood the interior and maximize the surrounding view.
