First Presbyterian Church

PROJECT SCOPE
We have prepared a preliminary drawing package and cost estimate for a new classroom building and narthex/ fellowship hall for First Presbyterian Church located in Kennewick, Washington. The project is now proceeding into the fundraising phase.

The project included reviewing the existing facilities, preparing measured drawings, and determining which existing buildings are to remain and which need to be replaced or remodeled. The preliminary drawing package removed an existing classroom/office building and replaced it with a new two-story, 21,000 square foot classroom building. This facility also housed a library, restrooms, elevator, education offices, a fireside room, and a full basement for storage.

In addition, we will also remodel the existing nave, which is very attractive, to increase the seating capacity, rebuild the narthex into a much larger 7,000 square foot space, and build a new 2,000 square foot choir annex with practice room, robbing room, music storage, choir master office, and restrooms.
