This new 11,114 square foot building includes a 6,435 square foot suite to accommodate these needs. The building’s exterior design has a very clean look with layering of multiple shapes that children recognize from a young age. The arrangement allows the client to have a prominent entry and an additional unique entry for a future tenant. The building was designed with future expansion in mind for either growth of the practice, or to add similar practices under one roof.
The interior design is centered on daylighting that creates a comfortable atmosphere for patients and a natural work environment for staff. Interior colors create a fun and interactive setting for children to be at ease when visiting the doctor. The space is designed to accommodate four doctors, with a large reception area, nurse station with a skylight, laboratory, 12 exam rooms, treatment room, and support rooms. The staff break room incorporates windows and access to a walking path for a lunchtime walk.
