This project accommodates Benton PUD’s operations in Prosser and includes customer service, drive-up teller, administrative offices, auditorium, warehouse, covered garages, and a pole storage yard. The building is constructed of steel and CMU with stucco and brick exterior finishes. A portion of this modern designed building includes brick in an effort to tie it to the Downtown Prosser area, where many of the buildings are brick.
